It is possible to make stick sugar from granulated sugar by using the machine which is produced by the best-quality materials. Gold Paketleme Makina GIda San. ve DIS Tic A . is producing the GST-100 Stick Sugar Packaging Machine over 10 years of experience. The paper which was produced with poly-ethylen method, comes printed from the press with the width of 200 mm and weight of 50+15 gr and 70+15 gr, is attached to the machines bobbin attaching section. The paper on the bobbin is transferred to the 4-Blade section in a controlled way by the help of pulleys. In the blade section, the paper with the 40mm width is divided into 5 equal pieces, then transferred to the collar and pillow section. In this section, papers pass on the channels on pillow and wrap around the pipes which the crystal sugar is transferred. The sides of these wrapped paper, are sealed vertically(rigidly) from the back section in the form of A+A, by means of the resistances inside the vertical jaw(rigid claw). After the sealing process, made by the help of vertical jaw, the granulated suga which is on the top side of the machines sugar tank, is transferred into the sealed paper, which can take 1-10 grams, by the help of piston mechanism. The bottom claw group is cutting the length of the packs equally by sealing bottom and top side of the stick packs according to the photocell point on the paper. The stick sugars which were packed and cut, are transferred on the output conveyor for packing. Also, it is possible to make production different than the standard stick sugar pack dimensions. The amount of sugar, to be produced according to the consumer needs, is entered on screen and this provides the machine to stop automatically when the production finishes. The PLC control system is used in this machine. The operating speed of the system can be easily controlled according to the production capacity.

The sugar cubes, which were produced according to the specific dimensions, are spilled on the external vibration section for the sugar cubes to be ranged in the vibrated canals. The ranged sugar cubes, are sent to the sugar conveyor of the machine. By means of the photocells which are in this section, it is provided that the machine to operate fast or slow and impaction of sugar is prevented according to the sugar integrity in conveyor. While the sugar cubes, which are transferred to the carrying plates by means of the conveyors, are proceeding by the way of plates, the compressive bobbin which is on the top section of the machine is passed above the sugar. It is provided that the paper which is plated with poly-ethylene, to be pasted by the jawa(claws) which are in the bottom side of the machine, the way that a+a sides to pair each other. According to the coming speed of the sugar, it is sent to the dimensioning and cutting jaw which is on the front section with the sugar cubes in the pulled paper. Because the jaw moves with the help of the servo motor, it provides the logos on the paper to be cut on the axis. In this machine, working with plc system, the production can be made according to the requested number.
