The HV - 8000H equipment is a new and popular supersonic flame spraying device of Zhengzhou Lijia Thermal Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. It uses aviation - grade kerosene as fuel and is one of the popular kerosene - fueled devices internationally. Since its launch, it has received wide acclaim in the thermal spraying industry.
This equipment has the following remarkable features:
1. **Operation and Control**: The equipment panel is operated via a touch screen and adopts a fully closed - loop automatic control structure. The gas is controlled by a mass flow controller, and the flow rate can be monitored in real time and automatically reach the process - set value.
2. **Combustion Mode**: It uses kerosene as fuel (hydrogen and nitrogen are added during internal hole spraying), and oxygen as the combustion supporting agent, which is a safe combustion mode.
3. **Spray Gun Design**: Designed according to the principle of a rocket generator, the maximum pressure in the combustion chamber reaches 150 psi, and the flame flow velocity exceeds 2000 m/s. It has a large output power and can be steplessly adjusted. The spray gun adopts radial powder feeding, which makes the powder evenly distributed in the flame, improving the coverage efficiency and coating quality.
4. **Process Storage**: It has the function of storing and calling process recipes. It can add, modify and save up to 8000 groups of process parameters, which is convenient for calling at any time.
5. **Coating Performance**: The system optimizes the structure and increases the speed. The prepared coating has high bonding strength, high density, and the surface is under compressive stress. The thickness of the sprayed coating is greater than 10 mm (compressive stress coating), and the microhardness is excellent. For example, the microhardness of the WC - Co coating sprayed by the HV - 80 type can reach as high as 1450, which is better than that of other gas HVOF spray guns. The bonding strength of the coating can reach 70 MPa.
6. **System Design**: It has a fully closed - loop design for the fuel flow rate, adopts a modular design and is controlled by a high - performance PLC, making the operation safe and simple. The particle velocity generated by combustion reaches 1100 meters per second, which is faster than other HVOF systems.
