This is a servo based horizontal flow pack packaging machine mainly used to pack biscuits, chocolate, wafers, crackers, cookies, etc. It is also called on-edge or side feeding system/packaging machine. The machine operates with Flexible Film Reels in different wrapping materials such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, etc. The machine takes the plastic film from a reel and seal it around the packaged item/product. In this machine, the biscuits can be fed either manually or can be linked by a conveyor. It can pack 200 units per minute. Depending on customer requirements, it is possible to adjust packaging capacity.
