When preparing to start the diesel dewatering pump for the first time, check the installation of all the equipment, start according to the following requirements: inject oil from the fuel filler into the diesel engine and the water pump suspension, and check the oil level with the dipstick to meet the required height; from the expansion tank to the diesel engine Add cooling water inside, the water level should be 2~3 expansion tank high; put diesel in the fuel tank, press the exhaust hand pressure pump, let the diesel enter the machine through the filter; connect the diesel water pump inlet and outlet pipes and gate valve, close the out Gate valve of water pipeline, outlet pressure gauge and vacuum pressure gauge; water or vacuum water supply to diesel water pump and inlet pipe, and evacuate internal air; open external circulation cooling water valve; start when inlet valve is fully open and outlet valve is closed Diesel engine water pump, when the diesel engine reaches normal speed, gradually open the valve on the outlet pipe and adjust to the required working condition.
