The Aluminium Incinerated scrap is the by-product derived from the reprocessing IBA Incinerator bottom ash). It can be classified as follows: Basel code B1010. EW Code: 17 04 02. With a low melting point at 660'C, on visual inspection, aluminium can be found as melted and re-solidified particles or rocks. This happens to aluminium foil that is converted into small droplets during the incineration process. Some larger and thicker aluminium packaging items can still be partially recognised as they retain their shape. The heterogeneous nature of the processed material is due to the diversified conditions present in the combustion chamber, (some relatively cooler regions in the furnace). The stock can contain all kind of aluminium packing. We can currently provide this material in three different fractions and with different aluminium content: 3-8 mm split in two different qualities: 65% ± 3% Al 85% ± 3% Al 8-16 mm: about 70% ± 3% Al 16-60 mm: about 80% ± 3% Al The material contains minor impurities typically stones, ash, glass. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities can be sorted, but not fully removed. The collected stock is stored in warehouse on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20' Feet heavy duty container.

Raw melting material - aluminum scraps, cans, engine waste etc. Output capacity - 5-30 tons/h, customized Automation - Full automatic/ half automatic (based on output requirement and investment budget Ingot type - ADC12 (7.5kg/ 10kg / customized) 1. After cleaning the oil and grease of waste aluminum, manually put it into the furnace with a forklift; 2. Ignition for melting furnace .Heat up to 680C, and input appropriate proportion of alloy elements. Heat up to 800C, melt and stir evenly, then fetch samples to the spectrometer for testing. Every lot of production need to do testing . 3. Put A tool that attracts iron into the furnace by forklift, to suck away the iron in the aluminum water. 4. Put the slag agent into Alu liquid to remove the slag. After slag removed , put the slags into Aluminum ash separation machine , and let the aluminum water and ash separate. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500 5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.

Aluminum Specification: Aluminum is a lightweight, silvery-white, and ductile metal known for its high corrosion resistance, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and versatility in various applications. It is commonly used in industries such as aerospace, construction, automotive, and packaging. Physical Properties: Density: Approximately 2.70 g/cm³ Melting Point: 660.3°C (1220.5°F) Boiling Point: 2519°C (4566°F) Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strength: Varies with alloy, typically ranging from 70 to 700 MPa Yield Strength: Varies with alloy, typically ranging from 30 to 500 MPa Elongation at Break: Varies with alloy, typically from 1% to 30% Hardness: Varies with alloy, typically from 20 to 120 HB Chemical Composition: Pure aluminum is composed of 99.0% to 99.9% aluminum. Common alloying elements include copper, manganese, silicon, magnesium, and zinc. Thermal Properties: Thermal Conductivity: 205 W/m·K (at 20°C) Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: 23.1 x 10â?»â?¶ /K Electrical Properties: Electrical Conductivity: 37.7 x 10â?¶ S/m (at 20°C) Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion due to the formation of a protective oxide layer. Good resistance to corrosion in marine environments and many industrial chemicals. Formability and Machinability: Highly ductile and can be easily formed into various shapes through processes like rolling, extruding, and drawing. Machinability varies with the alloy, with some aluminum alloys offering better machinability than others. Common Applications: Aerospace: Airplane fuselages, wings, and other structural components. Automotive: Engine components, wheels, and body panels. Construction: Window frames, roofing, and structural components. Packaging: Beverage cans, foil, and containers. Electrical: Conductors, wiring, and electronic components. Surface Treatment: Aluminum can be anodized, painted, or coated to enhance its surface properties and appearance. Recyclability: Aluminum is highly recyclable and retains its properties after recycling, making it a sustainable material choice. Standards and Grades: Common standards include ASTM B209 for aluminum sheet and plate, ASTM B221 for aluminum extruded bars, rods, wire, profiles, and tubes. Grades and tempers vary depending on the specific application and alloy composition.
Cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy (CoCrMo) is a kind of cobalt-based alloy, and is also a kind of Stellite alloy. It is a cobalt-based alloy that is resistant to wear and corrosion. The first cobalt-based alloy was a cobalt-chromium binary alloy, which was later developed into a cobalt-chromium-tungsten ternary composition, and then later did the cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy develop. Cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy is a kind of alloy with cobalt as the main component, containing a considerable amount of chromium, molybdenum and a small amount of nickel, carbon and other alloying elements, and occasionally also containing iron.
