Alpha Starch: Alpha Starch (Food Grade) is a derivative product of Tapioca Starch in which it is processed with specific procedure in order to produce White Crystal Powder that will become gel when dissolved in the water without going through the heating process. It can be used for adhesives binders and to add elascc characterisccs to products such as noodles jelly and pudding. It can also be used for non-food industry products such as mosquito coils yarn spinning process incense aromatherapy etc.
