Application :- The XLPE (Cross Link Poly Ethylene) Power Cables are used under ground as well as over head transmission of power in power plants, industries, projects and all other electrical installations. Features :- Manufactured from bright annealed 99.97% pure bare copper & aluminum conductors. These cables are insulated with XLPE compound. Taped/Extruded inner sheath. Round steel wire / flat galvanised steel grip armoured. The outer sheaths can be PVC, HR PVC, FRLS or FR depending upon the application and requirement. Technical Advantage of XLPE Insulation :- Higher current rating, higher short circuit rating (approx 1.2 times that of PVC), thermosetting in nature, higher insulation resistance (1000 times more than PVC cables), higher moisture resistance, better resistance to surge currents, low dielectric losses, better resistance to chemicals and corrosion, longer service life. Comparatively higher cable operating temperature 90°C and short circuit temperature 250°C. Technical Data :- Working Voltage : Up to 1100 V Temperature Range : -15°C to +90°C Power Cable Sizes : 1.50 Sq. mm to 400.00 Sq. mm in 2, 3, 3 Copper Control Cable Sizes : 1.50 Sq. mm, 2.50 Sq. mm up to 24 cores. Color Codes : 2 Core Cables - Red, Black 3 Core Cables - Red, Yellow & Blue 3 Core Cables - Red, Yellow, Blue & Black (for Neutral) 4 Core Cables - Red, Yellow, Blue & Black 5 Core Cables - Red, Yellow, Blue, Black & Grey 6 Core Cables & above - Adjacent cores are blue for reference and yellow for direction in each lay Black outer sheath Specification : IS:7098 (Part-1) Packing : 500 / 1000 meters on drums

Flat Cable M&P is able to support a full line of flat cable and flat ribbon cable for electronic applications. Providing both power and data transmissions, flat cables are mainly used for internal connections within the equipment. They are available in a wide range of configurations to accommodate different connection and data transmission requirements and the range of sizes of the equipment using the cables. Flat cables provide consistent performance due to their layout and the spacing between the cables and are lighter, thinner and more flexible than other cables. Features of Our Flat Cables & Wire * Flat, ribbon and twisted configurations, with different levels of flexibility. * Shielded or jacketed cable to reduce signal interference. * Range of pitches and pin configurations to accommodate the application requirements. * Easy to fasten with clamps, adhesive, and tape. We provide custom services, including marking, kitting and custom cable design to provide you with a custom solution for your cabling application.
