Product Introduction 1mm Thickness Titanium Sintered Metal Porous Filter Plate is a type of filter plate made of titanium metal that has undergone a sintering process. In the sintering process, titanium particles are heated to a high temperature and pressed together to form a porous structure. This structure contains small channels or holes that allow fluids or gases to pass through while capturing solid particles or impurities. The porous structure of the Titanium Sintered Metal Porous Filter Plate is typically created by using a powder metallurgy process. In this process, titanium particles are first compacted into a green body, which is then subjected to a high-temperature sintering process. During sintering, the particles fuse to form a solid mass with a porous structure. Titanium is a popular choice for sintered metal filter plates due to its excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility. The porous structure of the Titanium Sintered Metal Porous Filter Plate can be tailored to achieve specific filtration requirements, such as pore size, pore distribution, and permeability. Parameter Material: GR1 titanium powder Filtration precision:20um Porosity: 30-40% Operating temperature: â?¤300â?? Diameter: 100mm Thickness: 1mm

Cast iron skulls, cast iron borings and turnings, steels skulls, eaf skulls, plate iron, mill scale, metal scrap, incinerated scrap (e46).
We are involved in trading of titanium alloys and all type of titanium contain material like,Rulite, Ilemenite sand, Titanium slag etc
The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste. After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material. At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form. The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

-White Charcoal, also known as Binchotan, is a type of hardwood charcoal that has traditionally been produced in Japan. It is called ¢??White¢?? charcoal because of its light color and unique benefits that create economic value compared to traditional black charcoal. -Binchotan is the purest charcoal on earth by the highest carbon proportion (more than 92%) and is completely odorless, and smokeless when burning. White Charcoal is more difficult to ignite than black charcoal; however, it burns hotter and longer. When hitting the pieces together, it gives a light metallic sound. The white charcoal doesn¢??t break into small pieces while burning. USAGES Food grilled over white charcoal retains its natural flavor and moisture because it burns cleanly and without flames. It is popular in high-end restaurants and mostly in Korea and Japan. In addition, binchotan has many uses such as water purification, exhaust filter, deodorant, skin care, metallurgy, used in battery manufacture...

Product Introduction Sintered titanium plate is a kind of titanium product, which is widely used in various industries such as chemical industry, medical treatment and food processing due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. The porous titanium plate produced using the sintering process is to press the titanium powder into the desired shape and then sinter at high temperature. Titanium powder particles link together during sintering to form a solid structure with interconnecting pores of specified size and shape. The sintered titanium plates produced have a high strength-to-weight ratio and are resistant to high temperatures and harsh chemical conditions. Sintered titanium plates can be tailored to suit customer needs, such as pore size, pore dispersion, and thickness. To meet a wide range of applications, we can also manufacture porous titanium plates with complex geometries such as cylindrical, conical, and flat shapes. To ensure product quality, we conduct strict tests on porous titanium plates, including pore size distribution analysis, compressive strength test and corrosion resistance test. Product parameters Filtration grade: 0.2-100um Thickness: above 1mm Shape: square, round, shaped Size: 300 800mm can be customized Pressure: 0.2Mpa Features 1. High strength and toughness: During the sintering process, the titanium powder particles are closely combined with each other, so that the sintered titanium plate has high strength and toughness, and can withstand certain impact and pressure. 2. Excellent corrosion resistance: Titanium itself has good corrosion resistance, and a uniform microporous structure can be formed through sintering, which further improves the corrosion resistance of titanium plates. 3. Can be made into complex shapes: through the sintering process, titanium sheets of various complex shapes and pore diameters can be made to meet the needs of different industries and applications. 4. Adjustable pore size and porosity: By adjusting the sintering process parameters, the pore size and porosity of the titanium sheet can be controlled to obtain the performance required for different applications such as filtration, separation, and adsorption.
