Wire mesh discs are available in any size, metal type, or mesh count. We have a tremendous amount of stock tooling to cut virtually any size disc to fulfill your specific requirement. We also have the ability to offer several different methods of sealing the outer edge of all of our discs to prevent the mesh from fraying with the added benefit of a smoother more user-friendly outer edge.

Welded wire mesh
There are quite a few uses for welded wire mesh panels such as: protective dividers, flat shakers and sifters for mining operations, infill panels, security panels, partitioned cages, and as decorative or architectural additions. Wire mesh panels are also used as sections of fencing in agricultural applications. In most cases, welded wire mesh is typically fabricated from stainless steel, but there are many other metals and alloys from which these products can be made. The type of metal or alloy chosen for fabrication, as well as other characteristics, such as mesh size, pattern, and wire diameter are quite versatile and depend upon the particular use for which the wire mesh panel is being designed.
