Plain Washers are also known as Flat washers and their work is to distribute the fastener's load while reducing heat and friction during the tightening process. They can also be used as spacers, as is common in industrial and domestic applications. Plain washers do not have a locking function, rather they are used to protect the mating surface from damage. Plain washers can also be used when the hole is bigger than the nut. The main role of flat washers is to increase the size of a screw's bearing surface area and reduce the surface pressure applied on the fastened object. The most common type of washers is plain washers, also known as flat washers. Looseness can result when the bearing surface sinks under the surface pressure, so using a flat washer to reduce the surface pressure is very effective.
The conical washer also known as Belleville washer, holds tight where heat or vibration might shake standard washers loose. The conical washer has a cone shape that compresses against the underside of the bolt head and into the furnishing material. Conical washers can be reused, repeatedly, as long as they are not damaged. They are commonly used to bear remarkable high loads in small areas. These washers are very frequently used in different industries because they can absorb and dampen shocks and vibration as well. There are several advantages of using this washer likes - Vibration Control Pre-Load Increased Load Increased Deflection Spacing Dampen/Absorb Shocks

Serrated lock washers increase the friction between the bolt head/nut and the mating surface. They do this by gripping into the mating surfaces. Please note that these washers come in two different types - internal toothed and external toothed. Serrated lock washers are installed between the bolt head/nut and the mating surface. And when it comes to loosening resistance, the externally toothed washer does a better job than an internally toothed washer. But the internally toothed washer comes with greater locking abilities. It can also allow the washers to withstand extremely high stress and force. In both internal and External types, the teeth bite into the joint material and create a holding pressure that doesn't loosen even during continuous vibrations. In most cases, a combination of both the fasteners is used to secure smaller objects in place. In HELLARY it is available in different materials stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel.
A serrated washer is also known as Vibration Proof Washers. Serrated lock washers increase the friction between the bolt head/nut and the mating surface. They are available in various sizes to fit bolts or screws.Serrated Washers are fitted internally to the equipment before a lock nut and act as an anti-vibration device to prevent the Cable Gland or accessory from inadvertently loosening in service.Often used on cable gland entry threads, these washers come in stainless steel as standard but can be made in a number of materials upon Customer request.
Spring washers, which have axial flexibility and are used to prevent fastening or loosening due to vibrations. This type of washer can be used, that supposed prevent losing and spring action and edge that digs into the screw-on the reverse. Locking washers, which prevent fastening or loosening by preventing unscrewing rotation of the fastening device.A spring washer assembly is placed under the nut to prevent the loosening of the nut.
Square Taper washers are known as square or half-round, Taper washers are designed to be used on channel sections, underneath nuts with tapered flanges to enable the bolt assembly to fit square when tightened. At HELLARY it is available in different materials like stainless steel, Alloy, Non-ferrous, etc.
Square Washers are also known as construction square plate washers. Square Washers are typically thin pieces of material with a hole in the middle that is used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener, such as a screw or nut.
Star washers are a specific type of washer designed to increase the locking force as well as torsional resistance by resisting torque applied by the nut, preventing it from unscrewing or separating. At HALLERY these washers are available in stainless steel, plain, or zinc plated finishes.

Disc Springs are conically formed angular discs that are loaded in the axial direction. They can be statically loaded as well as subject to continuous dynamic loads. They can be used as a single disc or multiple in a stack combination to achieve desired deflections and characteristics. A spring stack can consist of either single spring or parallel spring sets. Disc Springs offer a well-developed solution to many engineering problems through a unique combination of high force in a small space. Disc spring stacks may be designed for extremely high loads where coil springs are not feasible at all. Disc springs Din 2093 is manufactured in high-quality spring steel grade 50CrV4 / 51CrV4, stainless steel 301, Stainless steel grade 304, stainless steel 316, Precipitation hardened 17-7, Inconel 750 and Inconel 718. Sizes ranging from outer diameter 6 mm to 350 mm and thickness of 0.4 mm to 16 mm.

Bucket Wheel Sand Washer Bucket wheel sand washer is used in sand making plant for washing the solid and powder out of the sand, in the beneficiation plant for extracting sand, etc. It is widely applied to the expressway, hydropower, construction, etc. Bucket Wheel Sand Washer Features: 1.The loss of medium snad fine sand is much less during operation; 2.Low water consumption, saving water resourcess; 3.Less wearing parts, no other wearing parts except screen; 4.Durable, low energy consumption, low operating costs. Working Principle : When operating, the motor drives the bucket wheel slowly rotating through the V-belt and reducer. The sand is put into the washing tank through the feeding chute, and rolls over by the bucket wheel driving. During the rolling, the friction between the sand particles strips the impurities, and breaks the vapor coatings around the particles in order to facilitate dehydration. Meanwhile, massive water is put into the washing tank to form a strong water stream to take the impurities and small percentage of foreign matters away immediately and discharge them from the overflow port. The clean sand is taken by the bucket wheel, and rises up slowly. The water contained in the sand leaks out and falls into the washing tank through the filter screen on each bucket. This process not only finishes the dehydration of sand, but also saves the water. Finally, the cleaned sand is put into the output groove from the buckets, finishing the whole washing process.
