+ Wood powder is suitable for a functional additive of paperboard and to determine its ability to improve the sheet bulk and to reduce the drying steam. About 90% of paper in the world is made from wood powder. Detailedly, wood purposely harvested accounts for 50% of fiber for paper making, the rests are recycled newspaper and cloth.
+The manufacturing process of paper making includes four steps: making pulp, beating, pulp to paper and finishing. Relating to making pulp, logs are grinded by means of huge revolving slabs. Then, they are removed foreign objects before sent to paper plant. Beating process sees the application of fillfer materials such as chalk,clays, chemicals to create the opacity as well the the quality of paper. After that, pulp to paper process undertakes to turn the pulp into paper where it is pressed between rollers of wool felt. Finally, paper is wound into large reels and further manufactured according to specific application.
