It can prevent the resin, viscose, paint stickies and other wet hydrophobic pollutants from being accumulated in the paper and pulp machine felts, thereby making the felts clearer, the paper more efficiently, and the service life of the felts longer. For consequences generated due to direct dilution with water or process of use of the product in other incorret methods, our company doesn't undertake the responsibilities Packing and storage This product is packed in 25kg, 50kg or 200kg plastic drums. If you have special requirements, you can negotiate and customize. This product is suitable for storage at 0~30, and do not place it near a heat source or expose it to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Seal the container when not in use. If there is stratification after long-term storage, stir it evenly. Generally, the effect will not be affected. According to general chemical storage methods. Ensure that it is sealed after use. Performance characteristics 1. It owns excellent water resistance performance and thermal water resistance performance. 2. It can shorten the curing time, and isn't easy to regain moisture. 3. The consumption of internal sizing agent is reduced to decrease production cost. 4. It can significantly improve the interface strength of paper. 5. Compared with the Cation styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, the product reduces its dependence on aluminum sulfate. The less or no aluminum sulfate can be used to improve the paper folding resistance. 6. The product is good in mechanical stability, and few bubbles are generated in the operation process. 7. The product can be used separately or matches with styrene acrylic surface sizing agent. Usage tips Consumption: In case of separate use, 2-6 kg/ton paper is used. In case of matching with styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, the 1-3 kg/ton paper is used. The specific consumption needs to be adjusted according to the water absorption indicator requirements. During use, the pasted starch glue solution is cooled to below 65�°C, and the stock solution of the product is added to the starch glue solution tank, and is mixed evenly before sizing; Or the metering pump is used to add starch glue solution to pipeline for continuous adding. Starch glue solution can be added aluminum sulfate or not according to the actual conditions. The PH value of glue solution in glue solution tank is controlled at 3.5-4.5 upon the use of aluminum sulfate. In case of matching with styrene acrylic surface sizing agent, the aluminum sulfate of glue solution in sizing tank is controlled at 3.5-4. Packing and storage It is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic bucket and is stored in cool place (5-30C) to avoid freezing and solarization. Storage life: 3 months

Product function mechanism during the paper-making process 1. To neutralize the paper surface charge. The pulp and filler are of negative charges and the charges can be neutralized and decreased by adding into CRM-8501so as to form micro-floc when the potential towards zero. 2. To be inlaying effect. The electrostatic of positive charge on CRM-8501 surface can attract pulps and fillers whose surface is of negative charges. 3. To be bridging effect. Higher molecular weight and longer enough molecular chain will result in bridging between fines and fillers so as to form micro-floc. 4. The micro-floc of fines and fillers will decrease the porous structure blockages of wet paper layers and increase the permeability properties of papers. To increase the retention rate of paper fines and fillers dramatically so as to decrease the pulp consuming qty. 2. To increase the production speed of paper-making machines so as to increase the production. 4. Without any pungent odor. And has better fluidity under lower temperature Usage tips Dosage: Around 0.3 kg to 0.8 kg per mt paper ( adjust as per different pulps and production processes) To add CRM-8501 evenly and slowly into dilution tank with ready water. And add additional water till requested qty ( the dilution concentration of CRM-8501 is usually 1-3). To stir the diluted concentration for around 20 to 30 minutes before entering into paper-making system via flow pump. Packing and storage The package is 200 Liters plastic drum or 1000 Liters IBC drums or as per clients' requests. It should be stored between -5C-30C. The shelf life time is 3 months. To wave the CRM-8501 before dilution and the diluted liquid can be stored 3 days at most.
