The amount can be as high as 10 million tons
Minimum amount can start with 500,000 tons but not less than that
The price can be negotiated

The terms of payment must be LC letter for the whole amount, or an MT705 letter first and conditions of the LC can be negotiated

Second Quality Railway Type: R50/R65 HS Code:730210000000. R50 or R65 or both R50 & R65 mixed. This steel is made of new iron raw material
Length of each Second Quality Railway Bar: 0.9 to 1.2 Metric Meters. (Or length as requested by the buyer).
Unloading: Max 3 (three) Days
Shipment Period: 30 to 45 Working days from receiving the Sight Letter of Credit (LC).
Monthly Shipment. (Specify Quantity) Minimum is 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand) Metric Tons
Total Quantity Minimum 1,200,000 (One Million Two Hundred Thousand) Metric Tons for 12 months
(Inspection certificate to be issued by CCIC or SGS or other reputed agency (at Seller's cost) shall perform the inspection at the loading port on quantity and weight).

R65 GOST 8165.75 WEIGHT 64.72 KG/METER with Chemical composition shall be in accordance of below mentioned. Chemical composition, size and weight with 15% + or - variance acceptable.
