Notes:
In some deals, we offer the following:
1] A clause in the contract imposing 2% of the total contract value as a penalty on the seller if he fails to perform the contract. This is in addition to the 2% PBG.
2] A Bank commitment letter that guarantees that the seller will provide PBG along with the POP via SWIFT before the buyer issues his LC.
3] Non operative PBG in advance before issuing the LC by buyer

Commission Policy:
1] 2 USD/MT is allowed for small quantities.
2] 1 USD/MT is allowed for quantities more than 1 million metric tons.
