Description
Hose loops are widely used in various oil well services, including circulating pipelines, water pipelines, emission pipelines, oil well test pipelines, and temporary stream pipelines. Our hose loops feature innovative and unique rotating joint technology, allowing for easy movement in any horizontal direction. These rotating joints also help control vibration and absorb impacts. Hose loops are especially prevalent in primary and secondary well-cementing operations.
Design Features:
1. The hose loop is used in oil field cementing, acid fracturing, etc;
2. The hose loop is assembled by swivel joint, hammer union and pup joint, can be swiveled in three directions flexibly;
3. The hose loop can be used in discharge pup joint, transportation pup joint, well testing pup join, well cementing pup joint, and transportation liquid flow under high pressure environment;
4. The hose loop can be matched with many kinds of swivel joints;
5. The hose loop has specifications of 2in, 3in, 4in and is adaptive to working under 42MPa(6000psi), 70MPa (10000psi), 105MPa(15000psi);
6. Hummer union can be connected or disconnected with pup joint. The disconnection is suitable for low pressure pup joint and connection is suitable for high pressure pup joint;
7. We are able to supply hose loop in each specification, pressure, length (according to expanded size) according to users needs.
8. The swivel joint attached to hose loop is characterized by flexibility, impact resistance, vibration resistance, big rate of flow, etc.
9. The hose loop has fine sealing performance;
10. The hose loop is connected by union, which is simple to assemble and disassemble, crush resistance, and high sealing performance. It has the advantages of easy foldability, convenient transportation and storage;

Description
Pup Joint, also referred to as Riser Spool, or Surface Riser Spool is a pressure-containing piece of equipment having end connections, used below or between drill-through equipment. The Spacer spool is a wellhead section that has no provision for suspension of tubular members and which may have no provision for sealing of tubular members. It is used to provide separation between two components with equal-sized end connections. providing exceptional performance as a wellhead extension, securing connection for choke manifold and kill manifold.

A. Flanged, studded, and rubbed ends are available in any combination.
B. We can produce a spacer spool for any combination of size and pressure ratings.
C. Integral forged material ensures excellent reliable working performance.
D. spacer spools are designed to minimize length while allowing sufficient clearance for wrenches or clamps unless otherwise specified by the customers.
E. The standard Spacer Spools do not include outlets, although outlets can be added as per request.
F. Our spacer spool is suitable for general working conditions and sour service.
G. Stainless Steel 316L or Inconel 625 corrosion-resistant alloy ring grooves are also available.
H.Normally we will provide tap-end studs and nuts with studded-end connections.
