"Polyplast coarse is a synthetic plaster cum filling compound designed for exterior as well as interior use. It can be applied directly over the substrate or in combination with Polyplast fine depending upon surface condition. Polyplast coarse is applicable to most fairface surfaces such as concrete, plasterboard walls and ceilings, brick or block work, chipboard etc.nterior. The product is based on Plasticized acrylic copolymer emulsion,chick grits & appropriate biocide to resist fungal & bacterial attack. Polyplast coarse provides good resistance under hot & humid condition & can cover fine hair line cracks & other surface imperfections to produce a smooth & leveled surface for over coat.. The product is used for surfaces which require heavy filling and leveling prior to fine filling with polyplast fine. "

The product has high penetrating power & superior filling property enabling it to perform as filler cum sealer Single coat application is adequate for low grain profile substrate. On full cure the product forms a tough flexible film with outstanding chemical resistance & mechanical properties & can withstand dimensional variation of wood due to moisture ingress. When used in combination with Maxiwood PU Gloss, Silkmatt/Matt Topcoat the system gives a very rich finish with excellent resistance properties.

On full cure the product forms a very hard & flexible film with outstanding light fastness, chemical resistance & mechanical properties including mar /scratch resistance guaranteeing a long-term protection of wood.

Presence of aliphatic isocyanate, UV inhibitor & other special additives make it non-yellowing, non-chalking, resistant to termite & other microorganism & flexible enough to withstand woodâ??s dimensional variation. Maxiwood Acrylic Polyurethane is available in pigmented & lacquer (gloss/matt/silkmatt) form. Itâ??s water like appearance enables itâ??s use over light colored wood.
