PAYMENT TERMS OPTIONS
Option 1:
IDLC MT700 Confirmed, Irrevocable, Payable at Sight Based on Total Contract Quantity of 2.1Million MT divided into 2 batches of 1.05 Million MT each. The first batch of 1.05 Million will be bases on a minimum LC cover value of 20% of 1.05 Million MT being 210,000 MT x $195.00 = $40,950,000 with Buyers Bank Guarantee for the remaining 80%, i.e.: $163,800,000
Option 2: IDLC MT700 Confirmed, Irrevocable, Payable at Sight Based on 3months total quantity of 525,000 MT x $195.00 = $102,375,000 auto-renewable until the full contract quantity is delivered.
Option 3: SBLC MT760 Issued from a Prime Bank having 365 +1 days validity and value amount to cover the monthly delivery quantity of 175,000 MT x $195.00 = $34,125,000 x minimum 2months with payment per month made viaMT103 after inspection and delivery.
