500 tph Jaw Crushing Plant is a fixed type primary stage crushing-screening line. Being the largest jaw crusher model in our manufacture, this crusher has a capacity up to 500 tons per hour and input feeding size ability up to 1-meter stone pieces. Being a special project for our customer, primary stage jaw crusher output conveyor goes 40 meters long with a special holding suspension bridge, making a necessary height for the product to be stocked underneath. Later, this gathered product is sent to the secondary stage by tunnel system vibrating feeder.

250-300 t/h Fixed Impact Crushing-Screening Plant is the type of line, which has many different stage models, which differ by capacity, input product size, output product size proportion and shaft position. Impact crushers perform shredding by fast rotation of hammers, that are fixed to the shaft, where product is bounced between wall and hammers at an enormous pressure. This process at the end results with some amount of spare parts wear, which include rotor hammers, side liners, adjustable wall pendulums etc. Accordingly, impact crushers are mostly preferred for soft and middle hard stone types like limestone, gypsum, marble, slate, talc, soapstone etc.

Composed of primary jaw, secondary impact and tertiary impact crushers, this equipment is targeted to receive completely ready aggregate product used in concrete batching plants and other construction areas. Using secondary impact crusher gives cubic shape gravel size product at the output and tertiary impact crusher fine dust product, both of which are demanded aggregate types of concrete batching plants.
