TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF 3.750 LITER DRUM LID OVERGROUND CONTAINER SYSTEM The overground container system lifts the container which the driver manages with the help of a remote control by getting off or on the vehicle from the lifting mechanism of the container with a crane on the vehicle which can be controlled by automatic and manual control and make the unloading on the vehicle by opening the lower hatches by means of a remote control. Overground container garbage capacity is 3,750 Lt. The container body measures at least 1750mm 1600 mm x 1600 mm . The body sheet of the container made of galvanized sheet in TS EN 10346 standard with a thickness of 2 mm and its resistance to impact and environmental conditions increased with electro-static dye . The upper body sheet of the container made of galvanized sheet in TS EN 10346 standard with a thickness of 2 mm its resistance to impact and environmental conditions increased with electro-static furnace paint. The edge of the overground container has been given strength by twisting the body sheets. The overground container system can be manufactured as end product or deassembled in order to reduct transport cost and prevent wear over time and also easy part changes On the front and back of the overground container, the drum system garbage disposal entry has made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheet in TS EN 10346 standard. Its resistance to impact and environmental conditions increased with electro-static furnace paint. Inox sheet(AISI 304) has been used for the entrance of the waste entry. It should be more sanitary, prevent scratching and provide an aesthetic view. The drum cover dimensions of the overground container is at least 400mm x 1100mm and the ground clearance is 1100 mm. The drum cap has gas piston for easily opening and closing. There is handle for held by the user. Body connection provided by a bearing. The rubber strip mounted on the bottom of the drum to prevent noise and odor to the from overground container cover ensure that the drum cover closes quietly and prevent any harm to users. Bolts used in the system is galvanized at least 8.8 quality (DIN 961 933) , nuts (DIN 985) is galvanized with fiber. The spigot lifting apparatus of the container is in the balance center of the container and installed at the top of the container by placing a lifting apparatus on the 50mm 50mm profile so that the lifting operations can be controlled by the operator from one point.
