The region has a very favorable climate for the production of olives and olive oil.The world's first olive harvest takes place in Akhisar, so most of the olive oil we produce is made from early harvested olives.The olive oil obtained from early harvested contains very rich components useful for health and polyphenols.Also as flavor; It has all the positive taste properties that should be in olive oil. UNMEDICATED PRODUCTION Thanks to its continual blowing North winds,with its own climate, Insect, fly, etc. that damages the olive tree and its fruit can not live. In this way, olive production is carried out in any way without using pesticides. Thanks to this climate and unmedicated production, our olives have very high quality free fatty acid levels as well as their sensory properties such as oil quality, fruity, aroma and odor. PRODUCTION PROCESS Since olives are collected as tableware, they can be harvested by hand in a very precise way and put into the air handling box without wasting time.Thus, fresh olives taken without waiting in a few hours to bring to our facilities by selecting the most beautiful, can produce delicious flavored olive oil.
