The Tibial End Cap is available in 3 different extension options. It can extend by 0mm, 5mm, or 10mm. It is used with all Tibial Intramedullary Nails.
The 5mm diameter locking screws are used in the proximal and distal locking holes of the Tibial Intramedullary Nail.
The Femoral End Cap is available in 5 different extension options. It can extend by 0mm, 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, or 20mm. It is used with all femoral intramedullary nails.
The Femoral Recon Screw is used in femoral neck fractures and fractures in the trochanteric region. The screw's thread profile is designed to be suitable for spongy bone structure and has a self-tapping feature.
The Femoral Locking Screws have a 5mm diameter and are placed at an angle from major to minor in the proximal part of the nail. Additionally, they can be used in L/M in the minor.
The PFN Cannulated Set Screw is used to secure the PFN Compression Screw and the PFN Lag Screw.
The PFN End Cap is a single type and is used in all PFN Intramedullary Nails.
The PFN Compression Screw works in integration with the PFN Lag Screw. If compression up to 5mm is desired on the fracture line, the compression screw should be selected to be 5mm shorter than the lag screw. If 10mm compression is desired, the compression screw should be selected to be 10mm shorter than the lag screw.
The PFN Lag Screw has a diameter of 11mm and is channeled throughout its entire length. It also features a cannulated structure and works integrally with the compression screw.
The Trochanteric Intramedullary Femoral Nail: This nail is preferred for fractures in the trochanteric region, femoral neck fractures, subtrochanteric fractures, and shaft fractures. The nail has a round shape. The proximal part has 4 screw holes, 2 of which are suitable for the passage of recon neck screws, and the other 2 for locking screws. The lateral angle of the proximal part is 5°. The distal part of the nail has two locking screw holes, one of which includes a slot for static or dynamic fixation.
PFN Intramedullary Nails: These are used in proximal femoral neck fractures, subtrochanteric fractures, and intertrochanteric fractures. The proximal part of the nail has a triangular cross-section with a radiused, angled design that prevents rotation. The distal part has a circular cross-section with a slot that allows for both dynamic and static locking. Additionally, the distal part is channeled, designed to reduce thigh pain. The proximal section includes a channel at a 125° angle through which the integral compression and compression screw pair passes. This screw pair can provide up to 10mm of compression at the fracture line using the appropriate sizes. An inner compression screw is used to restrict the movement of this screw pair. Additionally, a peak screw is located at the proximal end. The nail has a cannulated, closed structure and features a 5° lateral offset angle.
They are used in proximal, distal, and shaft fractures of the tibia bone. It has a cannulated and circular cross-section with curves, featuring 3 distal and 4 proximal holes through which the locking screws pass. The Tibial Intramedullary Nail has a 10° proximal offset angle and a 3° distal offset angle. The 3 distal holes are for static locking only. One of the 4 proximal holes is a slot designed for either dynamic or static locking.
