“Olive oil has 0,5 acidity, has been specially harvested at an early stage of maturity so as to capture the full fruity flavours, All our olives are pressed cold pressed method, so that they can retain their vitamins, anti-oxidants and fresh olive smell. Once the oil has been extracted it is settled and stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
