Themazi company is producing oak gall (Quercus Infectoria, Aleppo Oak Gall) and acorn in Turkey. Our oak galls are in two colors; green and brownish-white; both are very rich in tannin, approx. 60â??70% tannin. We have all the necessary laboratory and certification regarding our oak gall.
Themazi is producing/collecting oak gall every year in August and September. First of all, we separate green oak gall and white oak gall. Because the color of oak gall is very important in terms of tannin. White oak gall has less tannin than the green one.
We make sure that every year we have 100 tons of oak gallnut. Please let us know before if you need it in a big amount. We can increase our capacity.
