Separators are used for separating transmission lines in order to perform repair and revision works at certain parts of medium voltage networks. Therefore separated line can be seen easily. COMPOSITE SILICONE SUSPENSION AND TENSION ISOLATORS ELOPAR-branded composite silicone isolators are made from silicone rubber material. Metal bonding elements of isolator is made from forged steel material. Isolator core is made of reinforced fibreglass. It is ECR type and free of boron. Silicone thickness on the isolator core is above 3 mm and silicone thickness on the metal caps is above 5 mm.
