What is a concrete recycling machine?
A concrete recycling machine is a machine that processes and breaks down old or leftover concrete into aggregate and other recyclable materials. These machines are used to recycle concrete for use in new construction projects or to clean up job sites.
The concrete recycling machine typically includes a crusher to break the concrete into smaller pieces, a feeder to control the flow of material, screens to separate impurities from the reusable aggregate, and conveyors to move the crushed concrete to the sorting and storage areas. It may also include dust suppression systems, remote control and automation and safety features.

The PRS-CM0075 Manual Mortar Mixer has a 5 liter (approx.) capacity, it has been designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of standards.
The mixing paddle revolves at a rate of 140 rpm. with a planetary motion of 62 rpm. in low speed. In high speed, the paddle revolves at the rate of 285 rpm. with a planetary motion of 125 rpm. The user can choose the speeds easily by using the switch fitted to the machine.
There is a sand filling apparatus on the mixer to pour sand easily. The bowl and beater are easily fitted and removed from mixer.

The PARSROS Automatic range of single testing chamber and double testing chamber compression and flexure testing machines have been designed for reliable and consistent testing of mortar samples. The PARSROS automatic cement compression and flexure testing machines allow less experienced operators to perform the tests. Once the machine has been switched on and the specimen is positioned and centered by the help of centering apparatus. The only required operations are;
â?¢ Setting test parameters, including pace rate (only required when the specimen type is changed.)
Choosing the compression or flexure frame by using the changeover valve.
Pressing the START button on the control unit.
The machine automatically starts the rapid approach; switches the test speed after 1% of the load capacity of the machine and stops once the specimen failure.
Automatically saves the test parameters and test results.

Materials up to 800mm diameter are carried to drying area with carriage carts, pipes bigger than 800 mm diameter can be carried with forklift. For fast production, pipes bigger than 300mm diameter also can carried to drying area with forklift.
Machine makes production by hydraulic press and vibration.
Vibration system of the machine is special design of ZIM Engineers. Vibration system which have oil cooling system and special oil unit. This system can be controlled electronically.
Special designed strong chassi of the machine enables long live producing without errors.
ZIM 820 Concrete Pavers and Block machine can operated semi automatically with the control of the operator. Upon request, it can be manufactured fully automatic with PLC control.
By changing moulds all kinds of pavers stone , curbs, block and precast concrete elements such as grass pavers series can be produced in a serial way.
20cm block can be produced 8 units in one press with the machine,or 20 interlock stones can be produced in a press. Machine is able to produce the insulated block upon demand.
Our companyâ??s special production vibrator is used. Thus, it can produce smoothly and quickly.
Collector Robot (cuber) can be used to empty the dried products on the production pallets.
A model with a single hopper, ZIM 8, is also available for manufacturing single layer bricks/pavers, hollow block, and for special blocks/pavers.
ZIM 1536 PLUS Block and Paverstone Machine is special design machine for block and interlock production that works fully automatic.The movement of the machine is programmed the PLC microprocessor computer.
By changing moulds all kinds of blocks, paverstones, curbstones, grass stones, lentos and precast concrete elements can be produced in a serial way.
20cm block can be produced 15, interlock paverstones can be produced 36 units in one press. Machine is able to produce the insulated block upon demand.
