The crystal granulated sugar, which comes to the silo section by means of the spiral, is moistened and transferred to the barbotin(sprocket) section with the help of dosing pump. The basis weight settings can be configured according to the preferred sizes and needs of consumers. The sugar cubes, which get out of the pressing section, are ranged on the white band, then transferred to the chrome-nickel matting band with the automatic sensor and the piston mechanism for drying. The sugar cubes, proceeding on the matting-band, are transferred to the cooling section, after being dried by the infrared resistances. The sugar cubes are cooled with the cooling fans, which are in this section, and the ideal sugar cube shape is obtained. After this process, the sugars are filled in the boxes with the help of manual hand vacuums and then packing process starts.,
