In FR-150 guided roasting machine, the product can be roasted in a cauldron. The heat thats needed for the roasting is provided by the burner that is highly efficient inside the cauldron. It comes with an electrical control panel that can be used for more efficiency with controlling the rotating speed and roasting time. The rotating cauldron nuts roasting machine is made of stainless steel and consists of two baskets. One perforated, one not. This vehicle type machine has a single stage, high specification burner. The user can roast the product with salt to ensure that the product is roasted more homogeneously and at high temperature without increasing fuel consumption. This mini salting machine is designed to salt many types of nuts such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled peanuts, hazelnuts, shelled hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, shelled almonds, pistachios, cashews and yellow chickpeas. Nuts are easily placed in the salting unit with the help of a manually sloping layer. The central surface of the boiler is designed to be open to the air so that salt water, brine solution or water can be added. The mini salting machine has blades that are specially designed to provide a homogeneous mixing of nuts with salt water or other flavors. When the rotation of the boiler is changed to counterclockwise, the blades help to drain the salted product. It can control an outlet direction and the boiler rotation speed to control the discharge flow of the salted nuts. This mini salting machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The use of stainless steel makes cleaning up easy and provides ease of maintenance.
FR -1202 is a fully automatic salting machine that is designed for salting almost all nuts such as sunflower seeds, peanuts, shelled peanuts, hazelnuts, shelled hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, shelled almonds, pistachios, cashews, yellow chickpeas. This salting machine is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The operator can control various parameters such as product dosage, salt solution supply time, salt solution amount, mixer rotation speed via the touch screen. Dry salt is transported using a spiral conveyor. You can use the spiral conveyor not only for salting but also for different marinating processes. In this salting machine there are two tanks for the brine solution. One of these tanks is to prepare the brine solution and the other is to supply the pre-prepared brine solution. The salted or marinated product can be collected by reversing the boiler rotation direction or from the outlet hopper of the salting machine. The salted or marinated product can be sent to an elevator that can be added to transfer to the next processing stage and to a vibrating unit that can also be added.
