Any metallic coloured yarn 12 microns can be rounded on rayon or any other thread denier as per requirement.. They are produced by wrapping a metallic yarn around a core yarn.The metallic here fully covers a polyamide/nylon or polyester core yarn. These yarns or embroidery threads are specially made for use on modern multihead embroidery machines, where speed is an important factor. A special yarn lubricant is applied to these yarns. Beyarns elastic covered yarn is spandex yarn wrapping with one or two strands of filament yarns to increase filament yarns with higher elasticity and construct textile fabrics for better draping property and keeping in shape.
A:single covered yarn-scy
Spandex is wrapped with one filament yarn such as nylon. It can be divided into two specifications- s and z twist. It is commonly used z twist in elastic fabric, but socks and underwear use both s and z twist to body curve.
B:double covered yarn-dcy
Spandex is wrapped with two filament yarns in opposite directions. One is outer covering, and the other is inner covering. The different tpm makes various sense of comfort touch.
Aluminium metallized film twisted with polyester yarn, nylon, rayon or other yarn. It is soft and colorful and it is the ideal yarn for weaving, flat knitting and making sweater. It is recommended to make scarf, sock and other textile products too.
Aluminium metallized film round twisted on polyester yarn, nylon, rayon or other yarn. The shapes of STA type are columns and they have strong tension. They are used widely in machine embroidery, label, lace, sweater, tricot etc.
M type is cut by metallized polyester film and it is colorful and jewelly. It is used mainly in making ribbon, braids, label, embroidery, velvet, scarf, sock, tricot, yarn-dyed fabric, table cloth, blanket, hair ornament, kitchen scrubber, craft and Christmas decoration etc.

This product is made of 12 or 24 micron, one-side Metallized Polyester film that is Metallized with aluminum & color coated with special resin by advanced methods. Other thickness of the polyester film can be supplied on request with the minimum quantity to be specified.
Standard widths are 1/110ö (0.22mm) and 1/69ö (0.37mm). Custom widths can be supplied from a minimum of 1/116ö to a maximum of 1/16ö as per the customerÆs requirement. The widths available are 1/16ö, 1/32ö, 1/85ö, 1/92ö, 1/100ö, 1/110ö, 1/116ö supplied on spools/bobbins of 100 gms, 150 gms, 170 gms & 300 gms net weight. For embroidery purposes, there are special bobbins of 4,000 meters in length.
Any Polyester single Metallized monofilament supported with two ends of 20d or 40d polyamide nylon monofilament. This item is applicable to
yarn-dyed weaving and knitting. Also recommended for Nylon stocking, fine gauge, panty hose and bating suit fabrics.
