Mattress machines----sx-1022d fully automatic transfer line for pocket innerspring units is our latest model for producing "pocket" inner spring units.
The procedure is that firstly the spring is coiled and then packed into a non-woven welded pocket, and then transferred to the assembler, there the spring strings are cut to a preset length to be assembled into a pocket spring units with a hot -melt glued system.
The spring unit can be parallel or nested or zoning

Mattress machine ----sx820i fully automatic transfer line for bonell type innerspring units is latest model for producing bonell type innerspring units. It can produce innerspring units directly from wire. Firstly the steel wire is coiled to a spring, and then transferred and inserted to the assembler by the automatic feeding system. After this, the upper and lower springs are coiled together at the same time and helical wire coiled, cut and clamped at both ends automatically. When a unit is finished, it could be ejected automatically.
Mattress machine---- sx80is produces bonell springs for mattress at speeds of 80 pcs/min.
In a single cycle, the wire is coiled to a spring, knotted at both ends, heat treated and to be collected to an outlet channel. The coiler sx-80i utilizes a fully integrated computerized programmable logic controller (plc) and servo control system. All machine functions include wire feeding length, heat treatment, lubrication and self-protecting are automatically controlled.
