Before flax fibers can be spun into linen, they must be separated from the rest of the stalk. After the retting process, the flax undergoes "breaking," where the straw is broken into small, short bits, while the actual fibers remain unharmed. The next step is scutching, which involves scraping away the outer straw from the fibers. The result is what we call "scutched flax."
The product is hollow shape design, large specific surface area, can be in the fiber before melting part of the water vapor discharge, improve the drainage efficiency, speed up the heating speed. Hollow design can reduce the actual density of the product, to achieve the same pore rate can reduce the amount of explosion-proof fiber, saving the cost of adding. WY-105 type products all use imported raw materials, through the patented formula modulation spinning. The product softening point and melting point of 95C and 110 ± 10 , can be generated in a large number of water vapor quickly soften and melt to form a pore, so that water vapor smoothly discharged to prevent cracking. The product components contain organic dispersing components, can be fully dispersed in the mixture, to eliminate the phenomenon of agglomeration, knotting
Utilization
In order to make it mix evenly in the casting material, it should be added into the dry material, and it is better to add it into the coarse material and mix it well, and then mix it evenly with the fine material; the amount of additive should be controlled properly. The amount of additives should be controlled properly, usually 0.5~2% of the dry material should be added according to the thickness of masonry for refractory materials. Please use the product in time after opening the package, and pay attention to the fireproof and moisture-proof when storing the product. When storing the product, please pay attention to fireproof and moisture-proof, and keep away from heat source.

Celloluse acetate Tow is the major raw material in producing filter rods of cigarette.
After a processing system of stretching, gathering, setting the shape and then being wrapped by tissue paper, at last the filter rod is made according to customers requirements on specification.
The filter rod used for cigarettes can greatly reduce the hazardous material such as tar and nicotine, meantime the taste and aroma of the exquisite bouquet of tobacco is well preserved.
Owing to it is clean, no unwanted smell, has a steady chemical structure and a good filtration effects, it's very popular by cigarette manufacturers in the world.
