Tempered glass is manufactured through heating common glass uniformly to the softening point and then quenching it, causing a strong permanent internal stress in the glass, of which the internal tensile stress and external compressive stress should be in a stable tress equilibrium in order to intensify the operational strength and load carrying capacity of the glass and enhance its wind pressure resistance, weatherability and shock resistance.
With high strength and thermal stability, tempered glass can be widely applied to the places with special requirements on mechanical strength and security, such as glass curtain walls, balcony doors and windows, high-grade shopwindows, shower rooms, household supplies, balustrade glass of escalators, glass partitions, the places where there are a dense crowd or humans are apt to contact with glass and vulnerable to physical injury (such as stadiums) or the places where are vulnerable to body shocks, such as doors and windows, curtain walls, automobiles, trains and ships and the places where are susceptible to the changes in temperature.
Seal is used to prevent the AC leakage between two fixed glasses at 180 deg, can be used as intermediate seal in internal facade.
Developed/Engineered from top quality grade of PVC Extrution.
Durable and Resistant to the extreme change in temperature.
Ideal for usage in shower cubicles for sealing the edges to prevent water leakage.
RoHs Certified
Available for 8mm, 10mm and 12mm Glass.
Available in various lengths: 2.2Mtr., 2.4Mtr. (Can be supplied as per customer's requirement upto 3 meters)
U glass for external applications is 262mm wide, has 41mm deep wings and is 6mm thick depth, and can of course also be used internally. The joints of U glass walling are silicone pointed with a minimum joint width of 3mm.
The U glass has a frosted appearance and the textured surface is on the outside face. The surface makes the glass opaque, but is a very fine finish and does not create issues with cleaning or maintenance. The opaque nature of the product does not reduce the daylight transmission.
U glass can be extruded with stainless steel wires which creates a pinstripe effect. The wired style is highly aesthetically pleasing.
Not only is this an attractive feature, the wires also enhance the U glasss safety performance. If the glass is impacted to breaking point, the wires will reduce the size of glass shards and will also assist in holding part of the glass blade in place.
Switchable Glass is a laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal Film (PDLC) sandwiched between two layers of glass and two layers of conductive intermediate layers. The PDLC film is what allows you to change the visual appearance of opaque to clear glass in the command (or attenuate at any intermediate point).
low-iron glass is the clearest glass on the market today. Low-iron glass is produced through a special process in which the iron particles are removed from the glass. The iron particles are what give regular glass a greenish tint. Removing these particles results in an ultra-clear glass for a premium upgrade to standard glass.
The nearly invisible nature of low-iron glass results in these characteristics:
With excellent performance in earthquake resistance, shock resistance, penetration resistance, wind pressure resistance and strong PVB adhesion, laminated glass will not result in bodily injury from splashing splinters when it is struck and broken due to external force; it can withstand the attack of burglar's tools, such as hammer and brick. It can improve the penetration resistance by increasing the thickness of the PVB film.

Heat Soaked Glass Meaning
Putting tempered glass in heat soaked furnace heating again,The heating stage begins at the ambient temperature of all the glasses and ends at the moment when the surface temperature of the last piece of glass reaches 280 â??. The temperature inside the furnace may exceed 320 â??.
Toughened heat soaked glass spontaneous rate is lower than 0.1-0.3â?°, much lower than tempered glass 3â?°.
As one of heat soaked glass manufacturers and heat soaked glass suppliers, Lanjing has the heat soaked furnace doing glass processing.
Features of Heat Soaked Glass
Reduced Risk of Spontaneous Breakage: Spontaneous breakage rate drop to below 0.1-0.3â?°.
Enhanced Safety: By removing the possibility of spontaneous breakage, heat soaked glass offers a significant safety improvement.
