As one in ten old famous teas in china, jun shan yin zhen is divided into two kinds, green tea and yellow tea. It is refined out of single tea buds through particular technology, with straight shape. Infused in the transparent glass cup, jun shan yin zhen tea lies across on the surface of the water then sets upright sinking to the bottom. It looks like spring up as bamboo shoots in spring and bristling with bayonets as well. Parts of tea buds arise all over again forming the beautiful scene of up-and-down. Stevia is a natural, non-caloric, sweet-tasting plant used around the world for its pleasant sweet taste. The whole leaves contain numerous phyto-nutrients and trace minerals and is much sweeter than sugar with out negative effects.
The sweet stevia have functional and sensory properties superior to those of many other high potency sweeteners. It can sweeten any drink with no calories, no carbohydrates, and no tooth decay and is diabetic safe. Since there are no calories or carbohydrates, stevia is an excellent weight loss aid for weight watchers.
A combination of tea with stevia is found to be excellent. Take it best without milk.
Method of preparation: (to prepare tea of about 200 ml), take a teaspoonful of anmol swetea, in a vessel and soak it with required quantity of water for about 10-15 minutes. Then boil well for about 10 minutes, filter and allow it to cool naturally. Best if served without milk. Add lime or milk for taste if necessary. No need to add any sugar or any sweetener.
Note: persons using medications for various ailments should have regular check up while using 'anmol swetea, as it could potentiate the medications, and an adjustment of dosage of medications may be necessary.
Store in a cool dry and dark place. Keep away from children.
