DESCRIPTION
Power Screw adhesive is one of ITLS new range of power adhesives developed to give a cost effective and high adhesion performance. It is very low in odor and free of aromatic solvent for use indoor and outdoor. It was designed for use by both the home handy man and professionals.
Power Screw adhesive which consists of tough elastomeric rubber, tackifying resins and Light hydrocarbon solvent. Power Screw can be used in most common construction materials. The substrates are timber, plywood, MDF, particle board, hard board, plaster board, cementitious fibrous board, concrete, ceramic, aluminum, ,mild steel, galvanized iron sheet, back of mirror (on wall only).

Hnt is suitable for hexagon, square, flange and nylon nut. Hnt can reach longer tapping stroke requirement while tapping longer or harder nuts. The operation panel is easy to understand and each spindle can be operated independent. Right or left tapping can be selected, tap life setting and adjust the tapping distance all can set up on the operation panel. Programmable language controller (plc) is used in the machine to monitor and control all tapping actions which can carry some functions including each spindle output counter is independent, operating automatically or manually, adjustable tapping speed, tapping error alarm of each spindle and motor overload alarm. Examination by current meter can detect tapping abnormal, jammed nuts during feeding or empty tapping, which can avoid tools get damage. The replacement of tools is simple and saving time.
