Screens : To gain sharp and fine patterns, we suggest you to choose 120 meshes screen , but if you apply for three-dimensional effects or stronger color shades, less meshes screens or thicker screens would be recommended, but the maximum is 100 meshes. Modification : Jinbest Plastisol Ink could be adjusted to meet your specific viscosity and fluidity by adding only a small amount of Reducer PL-T10, but if you like to reduce the color concentration, please add Clear PL-T01 to achieve this purpose only. Curing : Jinbest Plastisol Ink will not air dry and must be heat cured, which requires curing temperature reaches 110~120óJ / 3~5 Minutes.
