Fillex Manual Direct Filling Machine is designed to texturize glass fibre roving and inject directly into spun (rolled) mufflers with the help of our custom designed glass-fiber texturizing nozzle. The term texturizing is associated with the modification of the physical arrangement of glass fiber filaments, so they offer optimized sound absorbing performance. Fillex â?? Manual Direct Filling Machine is a manually operated machine and has capacity to drive 2 glass fibre strands, and blow simultaneously with one nozzle or two nozzles operation, depending upon the application type. Machine requires an operator to load and unload the muffler on the horizontal fixture provided with machine, and to start the filling process with the provided foot pedal.
Fillex - Bag Filling Machine is designed to texturize glass fibre roving and inject directly into all side closed PP or PE bags in piecing method with help of our custom designed glass-fiber texturizing nozzle. The term texturizing is associated with the modification of the physical arrangement of glass fiber filaments, so they offer optimized sound absorbing performance. Fillex â?? Bag Filling Machine is a manually operated machine and has capacity to drive 2 glass fibre strands and blow simultaneously with one customize nozzle for two strands in order to increase productivity. Machine requires an operator to hold the bag during the filling operation and press the start button through foot pedal to initiate the filling cycle.
Fillex - Vertical Filling Center - Twin Station is intended for filling vertically positioned mufflers with textured (blown) glass-fibre filaments (roving). The machine requires an operator to run it. Operations are semi-automatic with automatic processing. The machine is equipped with a turntable which turns the mufflers180 degrees (counter clockwise and clockwise), the suction table connected with linear unit that lifts up the mufflers to the filling position, and a nozzle housing equipped with nozzles and a feeding unit for the glass-fibre filaments. Poke Yoke system can be integrated as option to verfiy the amount of filled glass fiber, and also for the correct tooling to minimize the errors in production and / or during set up of the machine to different part number.
The machine is intended for filling shell type mufflers with textured (blown) glass-fibre in the silencer cavities. The standard version of machine requires an operator to run it. Operations are semi-automatic with automatic processing, whereas the full automatic system can be build according to requirements. The machine is equipped with one or more robots and an index table depending on the applications type. The machine fills the muffler same time as the operator replaces a filled muffler with an empty one for filling in the next cycle. This can be done as soon as the turntable has stopped moving.

Petcoke, also known as petroleum coke, is a carbon-rich solid material that is produced during the refining of crude oil. The specifications of petcoke can vary depending on the type and source of crude oil, as well as the processing method used to produce it. However, here are some of the general specifications for petcoke: - Carbon content: Typically ranges from 85% to 95% - Sulfur content: Can range from less than 1% to over 7% - Moisture content: Typically less than 5% - Ash content: Can range from less than 1% to over 10% - Volatile matter: Can range from less than 5% to over 20% - Size: Can range from a fine powder to large chunks Petcoke is primarily used as a fuel source in industrial processes, such as cement manufacturing, power generation, and steel production. It is a cheaper alternative to coal, and its high carbon content makes it an effective fuel for energy-intensive processes. However, its high sulfur content can contribute to air pollution and acid rain, so it is often subject to emissions regulations. Petcoke is also used in the production of anodes for the aluminum smelting industry, as well as in the production of graphite electrodes for the steel industry. In addition, it is sometimes used as a source of carbon in the production of certain chemicals and materials.

Corn is a member of the grass family and is native to the Americas, where it has been cultivated for thousands of years. Today, it is grown in many countries around the world, with the United States, China, and Brazil being the top producers. Corn is used for a variety of purposes, including human consumption, animal feed, and industrial applications. In human consumption, corn can be eaten whole or ground into cornmeal, which is used to make many different foods such as tortillas, cornbread, and polenta. It is also used as a key ingredient in many processed foods, such as breakfast cereals, snacks, and soft drinks. In animal feed, corn is used as a high-energy and protein-rich ingredient in livestock diets, particularly for poultry, swine, and cattle. Corn is also used as a source of starch for the production of biofuels such as ethanol. Corn plants typically grow to be around six feet tall and produce ears of corn, which contain the kernels that are harvested for consumption or processing. There are many different varieties of corn, each with different characteristics such as color, sweetness, and starch content.
