As client(buyer) you will have to write a letter of intent, introduce yourselve, and state in detail what capacity you want to do business with us. Verifiable trading references outlining companies that have traded/sold crude cargoes to the company stating grades/volumes/dates. Three years audited financial accounts. The legitimate crude oil trading business community is very interconnected, and this basic information is easily obtained and easily verifiable among trading entities.
