Alloy 304 (uns s30400) stainless steel pipe is a variation of the 18% chromium ¿c 8% nickel austenitic alloy, the most familiar and most frequently used alloy in the stainless steel family. This alloy may be considered for a wide variety of applications and exhibits good corrosion resistance, ease of fabrication, excellent formability, and high strength with low weight.
Grade 304l, the low carbon version of 304, does not require post-weld annealing and so is extensively used in heavy gauge components (over about 6mm).
Grade 304h with its higher carbon content finds application at elevated temperatures. Alloy 304h is a modification of alloy 304 in which the carbon content is controlled to a range of 0.04-0.10 to provide improved high temperature strength to parts exposed to temperatures above 800íp.The austenitic structure also gives these grades excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic
All small tubes are packed in plastic bags to avoid scratches in transporting; then in wooden cases
Alloys 316 (uns s31600) and 316l (uns s31603) are molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels, which are more resistant to general corrosion and pitting/crevice corrosion than the conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as alloy 304. These alloys also offer higher creep, stress-to-rupture, and tensile strength at elevated temperatures. In addition to excellent corrosion resistance and strength properties, the alloys 316 and 316l cr-ni-mo alloys also provide excellent fabricability and formability which are typical of the austenitic stainless steels.
Grade 316l, the low carbon version of 316 and is immune from sensitisation (grain boundary carbide precipitation). Thus it is extensively used in heavy gauge welded components (over about 6mm). Grade 316h, with its higher carbon content has application at elevated temperatures, as does stabilised grade 316ti.

Very common weaving type and has a range of applications
Twill weave wire cloth:
This type of weave is commercially woven in items ranging from 150-600 mesh
Dutch weave wire cloth:
This weave has great strength and is available in wide range of micron ranges. T is primarily used to filter a wide range of liquids and slurry products
Twill dutch weave wire cloth
The products woven in this type is capable of fine filtration for gas and liquid.
Reverse dutch weave cloth
Is ideal for making filter belts especially for application where fine filtration and great strength required
Five heddle weave wire cloth
Provides a rectangular opening, the unique design of this mesh can assist to increase drainage and flow properties.
Most of stainless steel wire cloth products can be produced in width 36í¦(914.4mm), 48í¦(1219.2mm), 60í¦(1524mm), and in length 100 (30.48m)
