If supplied on reels:
Wire should not have oil, water, dust, and should not have disfigurement of cracks, bend, burr, rust or pit.
The layer of galvanized zinc should be continuous and even.
Every reel of wire should be one piece and should not have any splices.

The hot-dip galvanized iron wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, anneal , acid washing ,zinc plating , cooling and then it finished . The hot dipped galvanized wire with excellent flexibility and softness.
2.) Electro Galvanized Wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, zinc plating and other processes. Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of firmly zinc coating, evenly plated etc. and the surface has merit of smooth, bright and so on.
