Hot dipped aluminized steel (AL) is a rolled steel with an aluminized metal coating desined specifically for high temperature applications.
The coating consists of an aluminium alloy containing about 8~10% silicon.
* HEAT RESISTANCE : Lengthy exposure to temperatures up to 450 degrees Celsius causes very little change in Hot dipped aluminized steel and does not affect its attractive surface brightness, compared with galvanized steel sheet and cold-rolled steel sheet.
* HEAT REFLECTIVITY : The thermal reflectivity of Hot dipped aluminized steel at 450¡É reaches up to approximately 80%, and this is applied to thermal reflectors for toasters, gas ranges, oil stove, and so forth.
* HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE : The corrosion resistance of Hot dipped aluminized steel is excellent due to the coating characteristics to form a thin stable oxide layer and hydroxidation layer in the air and water, respectively.
