This product is mixed iron and steel scraps extracted from the close iron ore mine in liberia and with other iron scraps we buy from the local people.
The mixed iron and steel scraps are packed in 20 feet container for export.
Steel tire wire scarp or Tire derived steel (TDS) is a light melting scrap obtained during the shredding process of waste tires. This material is a high quality steel with high carbon content. It is incorporated in the tires structure to withstand bumps, heat and other hazardous conditions.
Steel turnings: Machine shop turnings are clean steel or wrought iron turnings, free of iron borings, nonferrous metals in a free state, scale, or excessive oil.
HSS drill bits are made from carbon steel with the addition of other elements such as chrome and vanadium, allowing them to be used at high drilling speeds. HSS bits can be used to drill iron, steel and other metals such as brass, copper and aluminum alloy. They can also be used to drill plastic.

The steel scrap must be uncoated and free of rebares and MAX SIZE
merchant bars even from new production. 1,5x0,5x0,5 m
Must be free of metallic copper, tin, lead, (and alloys),
mechanical pieces and sterlies to met the aimed analytical
contents.

Tyre bead wire is a high carbon metal, radial tyre bead wire is 1.6 mm and nylon tyre bead wire is 1.10mm. Bead with can be used in converting to shot blasting, high tension springs, wire mesh, wire baskets, nails, cutting tools. Since this is extracted from tyres it is available at a very reasonable rates.
