BIL’s manufacturing facility is an integrated steel plant that is spread over 40 acres. The plant has been divided into 4 Key business divisions forming a customer-vendor operational model in which, the material flow is streamlined in such a fashion that the produce of one division can be sold as finished product of can be processed further in the subsequent division adding more value. All our products are manufactured using prime raw materials, conforming to International Standards and with mandatory quality checks at necessary operations with all tests conducted at our own most modern mechanical and metallurgical testing facility.
We produce high quality Shoulder End ERW Pipes in various sections and thicknesses. Steel Strips are cut into required width a slitting machine and fed to the pipe plant through feed cages. Further black tubes are galvanized at the galvanizing plant, and all tubes go through quality checks before dispatch. High quality steel strips for pipes are directly sourced from primary producers or produced at our own rolling mill. All the pipe and tube products conform to Indian & International standards.
These Pipes are available in OD series and also in Nominal Dia series from one inch to twelve inch diameter.
