Galvalume steel coil gets its name from being coated with a 55% aluminum-43% zinc alloy, also known as Galvalume. This special hot-dipped coating provides both sacrificial galvanic corrosion protection and a paintable surface ideal for architectural panels, roofing, and more. Excellent long-term corrosion resistance makes aluminum-zinc steel coils 2 to 6 times better than galvanized coating coils.
Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL) expands on the corrosion resistance of standard Galvalume by adding a top coat of high-performance paint. This product has excellent anti-corrosion properties. Its service life is more than four times that of ordinary galvanized steel sheets. It is a replacement product of galvanized sheet.

After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coatings are coated on the surface, and then A product that is baked and solidified.
