Our liquid glucose is made from corn starch through double enzyme technique, liquid glucose is colourless and transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and fragrance of maltose, it has been used in candy, drinks and beer brewage. The main composition is glucose, maltose, maltotriose and high polysaccharide.

Starches can be modified in several ways to change their function as additives in products. They can be cross-linked, where the chains get stuck together into a mesh.
