Himalayan salt is mined from the Salt Range mountains, the southern edge of a fold-and-thrust belt that underlies the Pothohar Plateau south of the Himalayas in Pakistan. Himalayan salt comes from a thick layer of Ediacaran to early Cambrian evaporites of the Salt Range Formation. This geological formation consists of crystalline halite intercalated with potash salts, overlain by gypsiferous marl and inter-layered with beds of gypsum and dolomite with infrequent seams of oil shale that accumulated between 600 and 540 million years ago. These strata and the overlying Cambrian to Eocene sedimentary rocks were thrust southward over younger sedimentary rocks, and eroded to create the Salt Range. The salt, which often has a pinkish tint due to trace minerals, is primarily used as a food additive to replace refined table salt but is also used for cooking and food presentation, decorative lamps and spa treatments. Himalayan salt is a table salt. Analysis of a range of Khewra salt samples showed them to be between 96% and 99% sodium chloride, with trace presence of calcium, iron, zinc, chromium, magnesium, and sulphate, all at varying safe levels below 1%. MOQ 5MT Supplied from Pakistan.

Known as brown sugar, Icumsa 600-1200 is 100% raw refined and is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. This sugar is thicker than white sugar, known as Icumsa 45, and its color is brownish. Raw brown sugar from sugar cane, when fully refined, contains about 70% white sugar. Light brown sugar, sometimes known as Demerara sugar or raw cane sugar, is often used in sauces and in most baked goods. It is a partially processed sugar that retains more of the molasses naturally present. Dark brown sugar has a deeper color and stronger molasses flavor than light brown sugar - the rich, full flavor makes it ideal for gingerbread, beans, barbecue and other full flavored foods. The crystals are slightly thicker and stickier than normal brown sugar, giving that sugar a sandy texture. MOQ 12,500MT Supplied from Brazil

A Polyethylene tarpaulin ("polytarp") is not a traditional fabric, but rather, a laminated of woven and sheet material. The center is loosely woven from strips of Polyethylene plastic, with sheets of the same material bonded to the surface. This creates a fabric-like material that resists stretching well in all directions and is waterproof. All these Virgin PE Tarpaulin Sheets are widely used for truck covers, transportation, agriculture, industrial, building, etc. The big feature for the tarpaulin is economic, practical, convenient and so on. Sheets can be either of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). When treated against ultraviolet light, these tarpaulins can last for years exposed to the elements, but non- UV treated material will quickly become brittle and loose strength and water resistance if exposed to sunlight. MOQ 20ft Container Supplied from China, Vietnam, India, Thailand.

The snow pea is an edible-pod pea with flat pods and thin pod walls. It is eaten whole, with both the seeds and the pod, while still unripened. Snow peas are a crunchy and delicious vegetable. While they can be eaten raw, they take just minutes to cook. The name "snow peas" may come from the vegetable's ability to withstand frost. They're generally planted no earlier in the spring than other pea varieties, and some gardeners keep them growing through autumn. Another theory behind the name refers to its white appearance in bright light. Snow peas can be grown in open fields during cool seasons and can thus be cultivated during winter and spring seasons. Storage of the pea with films of polymethyl pentene at a temperature of 5 C and a concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide of 5 kPa augments the shelf life, and internal and external characteristics of the plant. There are over 110 varieties of vanilla orchids. Only one, Vanilla planifolia, produces the fruit responsible for 99 percent of commercial vanilla. Most often, vanilla beans are processed into vanilla extract, a common ingredient in baked goods and other food recipes. Whole vanilla beans or their seeds are used in recipes, just not as frequently because of the higher cost. The tiny seeds add texture and the bean has an intense flavor, plus they can add to the beauty of a light-colored dessert. Vanilla beans are simple to prepare. They\'re also often used whole to infuse the natural flavor into sugar, syrups, and beverages. MOQ: 10 MT We can supply vanilla beans from Indonesia, India, Madagascar, etc.
White pepper is obtained by removing the dark outer part of the pericarp of the dried peppercorn, and the flavor is less pungent than that of black pepper. The outer coating is softened either by keeping the berries in moist heaps for 2 or 3 days or by keeping them in sacks submerged in running water for 7 to 15 days, depending on the region. The softened outer coating is then removed by washing and rubbing or by trampling, and the berries are spread in the sun to dry. Whole white pepper can also be prepared by grinding off the outer coating mechanically. Use white pepper to season light-colored dishes like cream sauces, soups, potatoes, pasta, and seafood. White pepper has a pungent flavor so use less than you would black pepper. White pepper is a good source of flavonoids, vitamin A, and vitamin C. These aid in lowering high blood pressure. Thus, white pepper may help manage blood pressure. MOQ 5 MT Supplied from Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.
Sesame oil is a cooking oil made from sesame seeds that's popular in Asian cooking. There are a few varieties made with pressed plain seeds or toasted seeds, and they are used in different ways in Chinese, Japanese, South Indian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. Light sesame oil is typically used as a neutral cooking oil, while toasted sesame oil is used as a flavoring in sauces, soups, and other dishes. Toasted sesame oil is also known as dark, black, or Asian sesame oil. The light brown to dark reddish-brown oil is made with toasted sesame seeds and has a strong aroma and flavor. A little goes a long way; sesame oil is often used as a finishing oil, adding nutty, toasty flavor to a hot or cold dish. Typically, the darker the toasted sesame oil, the stronger the flavor. Light sesame oil, also called white or plain sesame oil, is light in color. It's made using raw sesame seeds, resulting in high-heat, low-flavor oil.
Whole sesame seeds are high protein, essential fatty acids and fibre. They can be sprinkled onto salads, warm vegetables and meat or stirred into soups, stir fries and stews. They can also be incorporated into baking, adding a crunchy texture to loaves and buns. Whole sesame seeds have a higher mineral content than typical, hulled sesame seeds. Whole sesame seeds can also be whizzed up in a blender to make dark tahini, which has a more nutty taste than typical light tahini. If you\'re a fan of spreads such as Tahini and Hummus, you\'ll love the taste and nutrition that fresh-ground sesame seeds provide.
