Uniform capsules without seams, with a diameter between 5 and 8 mm, made up of a membrane of sodium alginate (E-401) (from seaweed), and a filling of extra virgin olive oil. The product increases the nutritional value of the food to which it is added. They are thermo irreversible and have great thermal stability, withstand temperatures of up to 100�ºC. The stability and mechanical resistance of the capsule allow it to be able to add the product and mix it with other foods without damaging the membrane.
