Aleli or Summer flowers are very beautiful complements for any array of flowers decorations! Our farm is located at 2.430 MASL in the small town of Guaytacama, close to the world famous Cotopaxi volcano which provides with a nutrient rich volcanic soil that gives nurture and beauty to our product. Our flower´s spike length is 14 to 18 cm max and they come in Purple, Ruby, Light Pink, Pink, Lavender, Radish, Apricot, White and Fuchsia. Non the less, we can accommodate a batch of a custom color if the order is placed 4 months prior. The volume of daily production is 180 to 240 bunches per day, being each bunch 10 flowers each. Finally, the packaging is in ¨tobaccos¨ of 15 to 20 bunches ( as specified by client ) or a Quarter Box ( QB ) of 10 to 12 bunches ( as specified by client ). All orders must be placed a week in advance and are delivered by air on the date required.
Our fresh roses farm is located at 2.530 MASL in the province of Cotopaxi which shares it`s name with the famed volcano that provides the surrounding area with a nutrient rich soil that nurtures the crops and gives them a very distinct and unique beauty. Our daily production is 222,634 stems a month in 26 different colors and five different lengths 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 cm. Our standard packaging is on Full Box ( FB ) which is 20 to 16 bunches ( 12 stems per bunch ) or a Quarter Box ( QB ) wich is 10 to 12 bunches, also all orders must be placed a week in advance and they are always delivered by air on the date requested.
Our beans start off in pods that are treated exclusively with organic fertilizers that are produced on site using as prime ingredient the slime that encapsulates the beans inside the pod, they are fermented to perfection using a new technique invented by our Agro specialist that carefully controls the levels of astringency and acidity on the beans also keeping the humidity levels at 6% max, after that they are placed in large concrete surfaces ( Tendales ) to sundry until they are ready for the roasting process which is done paying close attention that the beans are not exposed to direct flame, there as preserving the natural rich flavors and not smoking the bean. Finally, after a selection process, they are stored in sacks of up to 70 Kg and staked in piles no higher than 8 units in order to preserve the integrity of the produce. Thus producing 88.18 Tons of high-quality cacao beans per month.
