This is a weaved spandex fabric made of polyester or nylon. We are manufacturing a wide range of stretchable outdoor products, that provide comfort and flexibility by, using our Air-Jet-Room production equipment. We also produce a variety of products with various weights and materials, ranging from functional outdoor products to comfortable women's wear.
Although yarn-dyed nylon products have various problems such as fastness or shrinkage attributable to the nature of nylon, Song-i Textile has developed a technology that can resolve them. Using this technology, we are currently manufacturing high quality fabric products that can be used for not only outdoor wear but also lining materials by applying various check patterns and colors. The recently developed P/N Spandex product has adopted dope-dyed nylon textured yarn to enhance its fastness. This product also features a plate ground, which has generated a positive response from the market as an excellent material for outdoor wear.
We are currently working on the development of a product, that is not a 100% polyester fabric, but that features only the advantages of both polyester and nylon. We are developing a dope-dyed nylon fabric product rather than a yarn-dyed one to ensure outstanding fastness, and we have technologies capable of manufacturing an ultra-light nylon fabric product (5 to 7 denier) of 15 to 20g/yd for outdoor wear.
