Rotational pressure steel pipe pile method is a method of twisting a steel pipe equipped with spiral blades by rotating them rather than hitting them and penetrating them into the ground.
Characteristics of rotary press-fit steel pipe pile construction
- Low-vibration low-noise: By rotating and press-fitting the stake, low-noise low-vibration was realized without generating impact when penetrating the ground.
- No soil: Because penetration is made by rotary press-fitting without using water and cement, no soil and sewage treatment is required and environmental load can be reduced.
High-quality support: Construction is done while measuring the rotational torque, so you can check the correlation with the ground, so you can build a high-quality and reliable foundation pile.
- High dust resistance: It has great deformation performance and excellent earthquake resistance because it is a steel pipe pile base.
Recycling: It is easy to extract antibodies by rotating them in reverse from the time of penetration, so it can be recycled. Therefore, it can also be used as a temporary pile.
- Single Air: It does not require pouring and curing of concrete or cement milk, so single air construction is possible compared to digging piles or landfill piles.
- Proximity construction: Pile construction is carried out without excavating the ground, so the ground around the pile is not loosened. Construction is possible with the effect of the foundation or buried pipe of the existing structure in proximity.
- Narrow space construction: Because there are few facilities used for piling, it is possible to construct a narrow area such as next to existing structures. It can also cope with sites with open space restrictions such as under elevated floors, under processing lines, and indoors
