Seller Issues FCO
Buyer approves FCO, sign and return a signed copy to Seller
Seller issues draft purchase contract text to Buyer and both parties resolve issues by friendly communication.
Buyer and Seller mutually sign the draft purchase contract and exchange signed copies.
For the one-year contract, Seller issues PROFORMA INVOICE and Draft verbiage and the Buyer issues an Irrevocable, Non-Transferable 100% of every shipment by MT700 DLC+MT103, at the Loading Port against all the required shipping documents along with the SGS certification.
Seller prepares shipment within 7 days after receiving payment by MT103 from Buyer and proceeds with shipment
