The extraction methodology is easily adaptable to various automated systems and can also be scaled up or down depending on the amount of starting sample amount used. The kit enables purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities. Nucleic acid isolated by the kit is stable with good integrity and purity, and can be directly used in downstream molecular biology experiments such as PCR and real time qPCR, and next generation sequencing.
